The Titan Motorsports Head Studs are heat treated to 260,000 ksi tensile strength, and precision j-form threads rolled after heat-treat to create a fastener that has incredibly strong threads. All kits come complete with hardened parallel-ground washers and aerospace quality nuts. The L19 stock dimension head studs have approximately 21% higher clamp load rating than the standard ARP headstuds. Approximately 4% higher clamp load rating than even the mighty 1/2" headstuds.In addition to having a higher clamp load rating than the 1/2" studs, the L19 units can be more cost effective than having to purchase the 1/2" studs + plus having your block machined + plus having your head machined + plus buying a custom headgasket.
