Alaska Mini Ulu Knife
For centuries, the Eskimo hunters of the arctic used a knife with a semi-circular blade called the Ulu. The Ulu was used to skin and clean their harvest of fish and sea mammals. Today this knife is used for chopping and mincing because its shape allows you to exert the maximum pressure with minimum effort.
