Custom 6mm Clear Chew Proof / Resistant Athletic MAA Mouthguard

This custom mouth guard is a clear chew proof athletic mouthguard that is 6mm thick.  Our chew proof mouthguard is more chew resistant than any other mouthguard that we make. This mouthguard is made with 3mm of our chew resistant inner material (shore hardness 95), the exterior is covered with 3mm of standard clear mouthguard material. If you find yourself grinding or clenching your mouthguard this is the product that will work the best for you. This mouth guard is designed for heavy contact sports (MMA, football, hockey, lacrosse, roller derby, Jiujitsu, boxing, kickboxing ).

With your order you will receive:

1 Set of impression material (Part A & B)
1 Adjustable impression tray
1 Return bag
1 Instruction pamphlet
1 Return form
1 Prepaid postage return label (domestic orders only)

To Create Impression:

Adjust the dental tray to the size of your mouth

The tray can be made smaller by snapping off a section(s) of the plastic in the rear of the impression tray

Vigorously mix both parts (A & B) of impression material together

Roll into a 4 to 5 inch tube

Place impression material uniformly into the tray and firmly push onto your teeth

It will take about 4 minutes for the material to fully harden

Remove tray in a single motion, by pulling either up or down

Rinse tray and seal in enclosed bag

Complete form and wait 2 weeks to allow your guard to be created.
