Available in a wide variety of weights, yet all Max balls are 14" in diameter for consistancy. The lighter weight allows the beginner to work with the larger shape, but at a weight they can manage. The thirty pound heavy weight ball challenges the heavy weight athlete that prefers the ultimate limit while exercising. Available in 6lb, 8lb, 10lb, 12lb, 15lb, 18lb, 20lb, 25lb, and 30lb sizes.

Max Uses

The standard wall ball throw is a great all-over body exercise that creates enormous potential for increasing athletic performance. The wall ball throw can be made more difficult by increasing the weight of the ball as you perfect the movement.
