The warranty period begins from the date of original retail purchase indicated on the invoice. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the warranty period cannot be extended or renewed, and will not be affected if the device has already been repaired or replaced. However, the parts repaired and/or replaced will be insured for the remainder of the original warranty period or sixty (60) days from the date it was repaired or replaced; whichever is longer. Phones used with generic accessories, like batteries that have been charged with products with specifications not authorized by Yezz. Ordinary wear and tear (including, but not limited to scratches, knocks, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays). Virus transmitted by updates or software programs.
