1. Gather some members in your family or some friends, you need at least 3 persons for this interesting game!
2. Fill up Water Balloons to the size of a tennis ball. Once you fill your balloons, put them in a water bucket!
3. Have two people grab each end of the launcher with their inside hands and stand about 3-4 feet apart to achieve max distance. Grasp tubing connection and grips TOGETHER.
