One of the most mentioned new ideas that our customers have told us they would like to see is a "Dual Soldering Iron Station" with 2 Independently Controlled and Programmable Soldering Irons in One Unit. How many times have you been working on a soldering project where you wished you had 2 soldering irons with different style tips available for use immediately that were independently controlled so you didn't have to keep switching the tips or changing the heat setting on your Single Soldering Iron Station? So...after just short of 2 years in development, we are now Introducing our New X-Tronic 8010-XTS Double Digital "DUAL" Anti-Static Soldering Iron Station. This new unit has 2 Each Independently Programmable 60 Watt Output Soldering Irons that you can use simultaneously or switch off from one to another so you don't have to change from one tip to another or change the heat settings like you do when you are using just one soldering iron for a job. This new unit features PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) Programmable Control Technology sometimes known as "Magic Temperature Technology" which is one of the most sophisticated type of heat control systems in the world today. This unit also has a Three Preset Memory Function that can be used for both of Soldering Irons in this Dual Soldering Station, a Celsius/Fahrenheit Temp Display Function and a Soldering Iron Sleep Function. You will also find an Automatic Shutdown and a Temperature Correction Function. The Temperature Correction Function comes into play when your heating elements start degrading and keep the temperature at a constant where it is set.
