XLR-PRO Universal XLR Microphone Adapter for Camcorders and DSLR

The XLR-PRO lets you use professional XLR microphones with your camcorder, DSLR or any audio input that has the small (1/8" or 3.5mm) microphone jack. True XLR balanced line inputs let you use short or long cable runs without hum and noise. Each of the two inputs has an auxiliary 1/8" (3.5mm) input jack that automatically mixes with its XLR input. The two level controls let you set each input from zero to unity level and sets mix levels in the mono mode. The stereo/mono switch lets one microphone feed both channels or two microphones mix to both channels in the mono mode, while the stereo mode gives each of two microphones its own track for either stereo or later mix-down. A ground switch lets you select the best grounding for your camera - floating or connected to the balanced line ground. Being a passive device, the XLR-PRO produces no noise and requires no battery, but has no metering, high level outputs or earphone output. The XLR-PRO has a die cast aluminum cabinet to shield the entire circuit. Individual transformer shielding keeps your sound clean. Conveniently mounts under your camcorder or DSLR using its tripod mount.
