Worship in Truth: An Onstage and Offstage Worship Leader's Manual for Holy and Passionate Worship

Those that lead worship come in all shapes and sizes. We come from different faith backgrounds, and all roads lead to Jesus. He is the reason we worship. As we will discuss in this book, the more you see Him, the more you will want to give Him everything you have. It just so happens that he may have called you to help others to give Him all of themselves in the role of a worship leader.
This book will not discuss music as much as the heart behind the music.
• We will talk about the anointing of a worship leader, and what it means to activate that anointing.
• We will talk about what it means to allow Holy Spirit to orchestrate the worship event on purpose, and follow Him on purpose because you understand how He leads.
• We will talk about the impact of worship: what it means to use the anointing to break hurt off of people; how to build His temple in your heart, and help others to do the same.
• We will talk about honoring the Lord above those in attendance, and what it means to prefer Him and his ways.
At the end of this book, you will have a very clear idea of what it means to step on that stage and enter into his Presence. You carry an awesome dream, and it is not to be taken lightly. God bless you in your journey.

Classically trained percussionist, Band Director, Performed in worship teams for 12 years as a percussionist and drummer. Trained worship leaders and percussionists in church settings. Performed with Houston Symphony, Rice University Orchestra, Orchestra X, Troopers Drum Corps ’92, Blue Knights Drum Corps ‘93-’94, worship leader for all of my wife’s bible studies when she teaches.
