This is an Electroluminescent EL panel backlight. It is glowing and thin (like a credit card. It comes in various colors, and the price includes the AC power adapter and the inverter. The panel can be cut smaller. Great for signs and art projects. It can easily work in vehicles since it can be powered by 12v IMPORTANT!
