Wesco Industrial Products 278136 CPII Lowboy Pallet Truck with Handle, Moldon Polyurethane Wheels, 4400 lb. Load Capacity, 51" Length x 21" Width x 46-1/2" Height
The Wesco Industrial Products 278136 CPII lowboy pallet truck is made of steel, has a pump handle and mold-on polyurethane steering wheels, and is suitable for lifting and transporting skids or pallets with a low profile. Steel resists wear and corrosion. The loop-shaped pump handle can be used to jack up the forks and maneuver the pallet truck. A trigger on the handle releases and lowers the forks. Nose wheels and the forks' tapered ends facilitate loading. The mold-on polyurethane steering wheels at the handle measure 7" in diameter won't puncture or go flat, and are resistant to impact and wear. The load wheels at the fork tips measure 2" in diameter and are made of steel. This pallet truck has a load capacity of 4,400 lb., weighs 226 lb., and measures 46-1/2 x 21 x 51 inches overall (H x W x L). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It has a service range of 2.125 to 7 inches high. The forks are 36" long.
Pallet trucks, also known as pallet jacks, skid jacks, and pump trucks, are used to lift and transport pallets or skids of goods. Pallet trucks can include a swivel pump handle, a squeeze trigger, two forks, and wheels for maneuverability, and typically contain a hydraulic cylinder or a battery-powered motor to raise and lower the forks. Some pallet trucks have an adjustable push rod on the bottom of each fork, allowing the user to modify the height. Pallet trucks can be used in warehouses, storerooms, shipping facilities, and a variety of industrial environments.
