Wesco Industrial Products 260061 Steel Standard-Duty Lift Table, 1,000 lb. Capacity, 18" x 36" Tabletop, 47-1/2" Height
The Wesco Industrial Products 260061 steel standard-duty lift table has a steel frame and platform with two support posts, a foot pedal, and four caster wheels and is suitable for supporting, lifting, and transporting heavy materials. The lift table is made of 7-gauge steel for resistance to wear and corrosion. Gauge is a measure of thickness (the lower the gauge, the thicker the material). A handle enables the lift table to be controlled and maneuvered. The foot pedal can be used to raise the platform by 3/8" per stroke to as high as 47-1/2". A floor lock keeps the lift table from rolling. The caster wheels measure 4" in diameter and are made of phenolic resin, which is resistant to impacts, wear, and corrosion and can support heavy loads. Two of the wheels swivel for maneuverability. This lift table has a load capacity of 1,000 lb. and weighs 168 lb. The platform measures 18 x 36 inches (L x W) and has a service range of 30-1/2 to 47-1/2 inches high. (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
Lift tables typically comprise a frame, a scissors mechanism, and a hydraulic or motorized platform that can be raised or lowered to an optimal, ergonomic height to load or unload heavy materials, or to support a person. Some lift tables have wheels and a handle, allowing them to be used as carts for transporting materials. The platform may be controlled with a foot pump or, in the case of electric-powered lift tables, push buttons. Lift tables can be used in warehouses and other industrial environments.
