Warwick Custom Shop Corvette $$ 5 String Bass, Natural Oil Finish

This Warwick Corvette $$ 5 string sports a flame maple top over a swamp ash body with a natural oil finish. It's a very simple but beautiful finish that doesn't get marked up easily and showcases the cool figuring in the wood. The neck and fretboard are made from wenge. Electronically, this bass is really decked out. It sports two passive MEC MM-style pickups wired to an active preamp. In addition to the volume, balance, treble and bass knobs, there are two mini toggles for series/parallel/single coil control in each pickup. The case that comes with this instrument isn't so much a case as it is a bomb shelter for your bass. It has to be one of the most durable and protective cases you can get for any instrument.
