The Vita Vibe Sit-Up Bars are designed to mount directly to your wall to provide maximum stability for your workout. Mounting Directly into the wall studs, our Sit-up Bars will give you the stability needed for a large variety of workout exercises including sit-ups, leg lifts, calf raises, swiss ball crunches and many more. Our powder coated aluminum bar has an antimicrobial satin silver finish and our brackets are made from laser cut 3/16" steel and feature side cutouts for easy use of resistance bands.
