Vietnamese Traditional Coffee Filter (Phin) 11 Ounce, Gravity Insert

Stainless steel Vietnamese single-cup brewer (called a Phin), 4 piece kit with instructions for making traditional Café Sua Da. This filter is perfect for brewing a single serving of intense, delicious coffee in the traditional way.

This 11-ounce filter brews a cup of small mug size, with a net volume of 10-11 ounces after some absorption of water by the coffee grounds. When guests visit, give them the authentic coffeehouse experience by using a separate filter and cup for each person and adding sweetened condensed milk.

SAE 316 extra-strong stainless steel with lifetime warranty against corrosion or breakage. The "gravity insert" design does not require adjustment while brewing and is simpler and easier to use than the traditional screw-down insert.

Please note: Large mugs are often 14-16 ounces... this brewer suits a standard 10-12 ounce mug. Dimensions: Spanner is 4-1/4" wide, chamber interior is 3" high, chamber interior is 3-1/8" wide. Fits on cups or mugs with a minimum top interior diameter of 2.875" and maximum 4.0".
