The Vestil A-LIFT-S-EHP straddle hand winch lift truck can be used to transport a pallet of goods, and it has a steel and aluminum frame, an adjustable base, a hand-crank winch, six wheels, and two steel forks that can be raised or lowered to an optimal height for loading or unloading. The width of the base can be adjusted from 29 to 44 inches wide to straddle wide loads. The hand-crank winch has a reversible handle that can be used to raise or lower the forks by 1 inch with each complete revolution. A pivoting latch secures the fork carriage for transport. The forks can be inverted to adjust the service range. The two front wheels measure 2 inches in diameter and swivel for maneuverability. The two rear wheels measure 8 inches in diameter. Two loading wheels near the top of the frame allow the lift truck to be loaded into a truck bed for transport. This cart has a load capacity of 350 lb., weighs 154 lb., and measures 79 x 29 x 43 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It has a service range of 21-1/4 to 143-11/16 inches high with the forks up and 1-1/4 to 122 inches high with the forks down. Each fork measures 1-3/4 x 4 x 22 inches (H x W x D). The width between the forks is 13 inches. The outside fork width is 21-1/2 inches. This product is intended for use in professional and industrial environments.
Material lifts typically comprise a vertical metal frame and two forks that can support a pallet of goods and that can be raised or lowered to an optimal, ergonomic height for loading or unloading. The forks may be controlled with a hand crank or a foot pump, and they can sometimes be inverted to adjust the service range. Wheels allow the material lift to be rolled for moving materials. Some material lifts have special wheels on the frame can that enable it to be loaded into a delivery truck for transport. Material lifts can be used in warehouses, storerooms, shipping facilities, and other industrial environments.
