IMPORTANT-Prior to using the headset you will need to active the "Headset mode" on your phone. Otherwise the headset will not work. Below are instructions that work on most Vertical phones. If the instructions do not activate the Headset Mode on your phone please refer your phone's User Manual or contact your telephone administrator.

SETUP NOTES- To activate Headset Mode on select Vertical phones do the following. While the telephone is idle, press FEATURE, 9, #. You can also press the Flexible Feature button designated as HEADSET MODE, if available. The display indicates the new status HEADSET ENABLED.
