Step 2. Take a damp towel and gently wipe the bottom area of the cartridge slowly a few times
Step 3. Perform a "Printhead cleaning cycle" or "Clean cartridge" function 2 times. (This maintenance feature is accessible through the TOOLS, SETTINGS or SERVICES menu in your printer)
