In a short period of time, Joshua Rogers has become a household name to gospel music lovers across the nation. Since his August 2012 win, Rogers has transitioned into the gospel music industry with the ease of a seasoned veteran. Rogers December 2012 Music World Gospel debut release, Well Done premiered at the top of the Billboard charts, landing him at number 1 in his first week of sales.
In a year of firsts for the singer, Rogers was featured as a guest vocalist on the hit television show, Praise the Lord on The Trinity Broadcasting Network. The singer was featured in the 2013 BET Celebration of Gospel as part of an all-star tribute to gospel music legend, James Cleveland alongside gospel greats, Kurt Karr, Donnie McClurkin, Rance Allen, and Bobby Jones. Rogers was also featured in the January 2013 issue of Jet Magazine in the entertainment spotlight section and has been heralded as a singer to watch by industry tastemakers across the nation. Rogers recorded his brand new single, So Good for the fall 2013 season of BET s Bobby Jones Gospel.
