Use the Ultralight Tray Extension with Drop Side for TR-D Tray [TR-DUP] with the Ultralight Tray with 1/4-20 Tripod Screw for Camera [TR-D] in order to mount a second Ultralight Handle with Ball Adaptor for TR-D Tray [TR-DHB] or The Ultralight Ball Adaptor 1/4-20. Either of these options serve as a mounting point for a second strobe arm or focus light.
