Though he had been releasing albums since the mid '70s, Billy Ocean didn't see huge worldwide success until the '80s when tracks like 'Caribbean Queen', 'When The Going Gets Tough' and 'Get Outta My Dreams' turned him into a superstar. Even when he released the ballad 'Suddenly', the charts fell at his feet. His chart supremacy might be over (for now), but the music still sounds as vibrant and energetic as ever. 18 tracks. BMG.
