Scope
a. Operator, who will operate the SPAL
(fig. 1-1).
b. Organizational personnel who will inspect
the SPAL. The manual covers preliminary inspection,
unpacking, and set-up procedures, the operation of the
SPAL, and post-operational procedures. The manual
also contains inspection procedures to be performed by
organizational personnel.
