It contains cinnamon, peppermint, and lilac oils, as well as the tree resin xue jie (dragon's blood), an herb noted for its ability to relieve pain. The main ingredient of U-I oil is ai ye oil (folium artemisiae or mugwort oil). Ai ye oil activates local circulation and relieves muscle aches and pains that are worse in cold or cold and damp weather.
