Our famous tortilla soup is our best seller and has been since it's inception. It's based on our enchilada sauce recipe with a bunch more goodies added. True texmex flavor! Just add 1-2 chicken breasts, a can of corn, and a can of rotel tomatoes, and 7 cups water. Simmer and enjoy. easy and delicious! Makes nearly 3 quarts soup.
