The concept of this book is to provide a medium for children to realize the importance of being open-minded and willing to try new things. The book tells a story from Wyatt's point of view; he's a young child intimidated by the avenues he's yet to experience. However, through gentle encouragement, a vivid dream sequence orchestrated by his teddy bear, and the everyday observation from his young eyes, he's able to ultimately embrace that which once frightened him. Young readers and parents alike will easily relate to Wyatt's journey.
