Some reviewers mentioned problems with using the touch screen after the case is sealed. The touch screen works fine
if there is enough air in the case when it is sealed. The air holds the waterproof surface away from the touch screen so that
it works normally. To make things even easier, we have devised a new method to improve the interaction even more. The method
uses 4 removable foam pads installed at corners of the device. Once these 4 small pieces is installed, the touch interaction is
improved significantly. These pads can be easily removed for future use.
Our new inventory has included these pads. However, some existing inventory at Amazon warehouse might not have these pads.
