The unique press band design can press tofu without any additional weights. This device is made from sustainable US furniture-quality Eastern white pine and Poplar wood. It can be used to make tofu from soy milk, as a stand-alone tofu press or food press. This a second-generation product that is based upon the former TP1201 Tofu Press.
