The Shag low-heel pump from Tic-Tac-Toes is fashioned in smooth leather with a slender rounded toe. It features a soft tricot lining and a full-length cushioned insole for comfort. The topstrap has an infinitely adjustable slide buckle (no prongs or holes) and features inside and outside goring for a uniform draw across the foot. This versatile flat is finished with a cushioned crepe heel with replaceable top lift and a sueded "HH" heavyweight leather split sole.
