ThermoWorks Pro-Series High Temp Air Probe with Grate Clip for ChefAlarm and DOT

Monitor air temperatures inches away from where your food is actually cooking. Slide the 2 inch probe into the grate clip (included with Air Probe) and attach the clip to the rack of the oven or grill. Ideal for tracking oven cycles and grill hot spots. The probe cable itself withstands short-term temperatures to 700 F, better protecting the probe from oven and grill temps. The probe junctions are protected with strain relief. Use only with ThermoWorks ChefAlarm and DOT. Will not work in other makes or models.
