The Smashing Book
The book is full of practical and useful knowledge for designers and Web developers. It contains 10 individual chapters, each dealing with a different topic from A to Z. All chapters are illustrated with colored screenshots and photographs. The eBook comes in three different formats that are most popular these days, which is ePUB, Mobipocket and PDF. The PDF file is based upon the layout of the printed version and contains 313 pages (8.27 × 5.5 inches respectively 21 × 14 cm).
This first Smashing Book looks at Web design rules of thumb, color theory, usability guidelines, user interface design, best coding and optimization practices, as well as typography, marketing, branding and exclusive insights from top designers across the globe.
