The Pear Diamond | Brass Himmeli Wall Sconce

Originating from the Swedish word for sky or heaven, himmel, the Himmeli are a traditional Finnish ornament, a mobile decoration that is traditionally made out of straw, or rather reeds in Finland. They are typically extremely ornate and are traditionally suspended above the dinner table during the holiday season. These geometric Himmeli ornaments can be suspended from the ceiling to float in the breeze, or embraced as an air plant holder. The Himmeli will also naturally oxidize and darken as time passes, but can be polished to its original shine. The Tillandsia Air Plant is not included. One brass-plated nail is included.
