CompatibilityInserts are compatible with GoPro® Hero4, Hero3+, Hero3, Hero2 cameras.

-Hero2 Owners - Place 1 insert on each side of the camera.
- Hero3 Owners - Place 2 inserts in the bottom.
- Hero3+/Hero4 Owners - Place 2 inserts in the bottom.

How To Use

- Cut inserts along perforation (do not tear, this will cause dust)
- Initially, bake Inserts at 300F (150C) for 5 minutes in the oven to activate.
- Place into the housing, the extras into a Ziplock bag.
- Make sure the camera is fully sealed.
- Inserts can be used 4-5 times before needing re-baked.
- Keep away from children, these should not be ingested. If so, follow silica gel poison control guidelines.
