One side has small bumps which are great for oral stimulation and the other side has fine ridges that mimic the texture of a child's shirt collar. Each necklace is constructed of a medical grade chewy resilient material and is Free of paints, lead, latex, PVC, BPA and phthalates. Material and colors are FDA approved.
