Terex AL4L Fuel Saving Portable LED Light Tower, 6kW Generator Powered, 1080 Watts of Light
The Terex AL-4L is a 6 kW generator powered LED light tower with four lights, a 30' (9.14 m) lift height, and 359-degree non-continuous tower rotation for precision light positioning. The AL-4L has (4) 270 watt, individually adjustable and heat resistant LED lamps for reducing glare, an instant on/off operation, and for extended bulb life (up to 50,000 hours).
The tower operates on a brushless 60 Hz 6.0 kW generator, with a Kubota diesel 13.6 hp engine, and a 30 gallon (189 L) tank which provides up to 90 hours of continuous use. The operational temperature range is -40 to 105 degrees F, with standard engine protection shutdowns at high temperature and low oil.
The AL-4L has a centerpoint lifting bracket, fork lift pockets for hard to reach job sites, and a 2" ball hitch for transport. The light tower sits on (2) 15" (38 cm) wheels, weighs 1,950 lbs (950 kg) with no fuel, and has a 3,500 lb axle rating. The cabinet is protected with a fade resistant finish for protection from the elements. Department of Transportation (DoT) approved tail lights are affixed to the back of the tower for safe transportation.
Light tower units are used for illuminating events and work sites to maximize nighttime productivity and consist of a tower with a durable base and mast, with a set of lights at the top of the mast that can be rotated and positioned as necessary. Light towers are used for many different applications, including construction, mining, and sporting events. For industrial use only.
