Here?s our version of the Indian classic: a blended rich, malty Assam tea with cardamom pods, cinnamon, ginger and cassia It?s India in a cup. Tea temple: 1 per person. HOT: Infuse in boiling water. Brew for 3 plus minutes. Whole leaves take longer to brew, but the little wait is definitely worth it. Authentic brewed for a long time, add milk and sugar (or honey) to add some sweetness. ICED: Just cover one tea temple with boiling water and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove temple and top-up glass with iced water. LATTE: Simply take 1 tea temple and pop into your mug. 1/3 fill the mug with boiling water and allow to brew for 5 minutes. Top with hot frothy milk and add a dash of honey to taste.
