Target: Earth II - The Genesis Project

After the discovery of a three-mile-wide asteroid destined to impact earth, a group of preppers create a retreat. In this retreat, they intend to survive the impact and aftermath of the asteroid nicknamed Nemesis.

However, while the majority of the group has moved to the retreat, one man and his son are still waiting to make the move. Mark Brookes and his son Chris are waiting in Tucson for Mark's father to arrive from Texas.

Author's Note: This is the second book in the three-part Target: Earth series. If you've read the first book, I hope you enjoyed it and will enjoy the second installment as well. While writing, I found myself being drawn into the lives of these people, and discovered many new things about them along the way. I've been told that a writer learns from her characters, and that they somehow tell the writer things about themselves that were not previously known. It's definitely true. Come along with me and discover what my characters revealed to me as I spun this tale. And for those of you who have been waiting for the third in the series, you'll be happy to know it is complete.
