Tannhauser
Tannh¤user: One of the greatest romantic operas of all time. The protagonist is held a willing captive at the Venusberg. Eventually, Tannh¤user realizes that he needs to go back to mankind, and finds himself at the Wartburg, where a singing contest is taking place and an epic drama unfolds.
