3. Operation
When it is switched on ,the monitoring LED system can indicate the SOC.
When it is charging ,the monitoring LED system will be flashing for SOC until full charger.

4. Cautions:
1\ In-built of the energy kit is rechargeable Li-ion battery packs. Please keep it away from fire. It can not be throw away before any appropriate treatment or handling.
2\ It can not be used in a very humid environment or under water .Ventilated, dry, cool place conditions can help it stabilize the work.
3\ Handle with care ,do not drop ,strike ,knock or damage with sharp objects.
4\ Please use a special solar panel for charging.
5\ Immediately stop using the energy kit in case of smoke ,fire ,bumps ,cracks and other emergency .Please use CTC extinguishers when it's on fire ,because the dangerous chemicals inside battery may cause explosion when they are confronting water.
