Made from U.S. maple, the wooden vegetable stomper is the ideal kitchen tool for making Sauerkraut and mashing vegetables to extract their liquid for fermentation. Maple is a dense, heavy wood with good strength and high resistance to abrasion and wear. Will provide many years of use and will work in all TSM Products fermentation crock sizes from 5L to 40L. Product dimensions: 23 3/4 inch L x 2 1/4 inch diameter. Cleans easily with soap and water.
