IMPORTANT: We've been having people not paying attention to proper tire inflation procedures for new tires/tubes/wheels, resulting in flats. It's important that you follow these guidelines in inflating tires for the first time when you receive the trailer. If these procedures are followed, flats will only occur from foreign objects. We will not cover any costs related to punctured tubes. This is not only for this trailer, but for any bike wheel that uses tubes. It's good practice for everything you own with tubes.
