Fist cover fits nicely into bag gloves and training gloves. Elastic cover makes a good form fit to hand. Approximate 3/4" padding is perfect for extra hand and knuckle protection. Can be worn under wraps for ultimate hand protection. Wear alone for additional protection on all workouts.
