Frequently asked questions
1. I cannot pair my phone with the SwingTalk device.
- Uninstall the SwingTalk app (Very important) and turn on your Bluetooth.
- SwingTalk should be shown on the Bluetooth menu. Click SwingTalk, and pairing is complete.
- Download and run the SwingTalk app.
- After pairing your smart phone and Bluetooth once, you do not need to repeat this process.
Just turn on SwingTalk's power, and it will automatically be connected to your smart phone.

2. I do not know how to install SwingTalk to my club.
Insert SwingTalk's pin into the hole at the end of the grip. SwingTalk's pin should be in the
grip completely without a gap. If your grip is round, please put a Spacer in between SwingTalk
and your club. (Spacer is included in the package) After you insert SwingTalk into your club, SwingTalk's
LED and club face should be parallel when you look at the club from the top.

3. I keep having "Incorrect Swing" message on the app.
Swing Talk recognizes any impact on club and starts to analyze it. If a player touches the ground
or golf ball with a club before hitting the ball, this motion can be analyzed as an impact.
Since this case is an incorrect swing, word 'Analyzing' will be showed up at the moment,
but it will turn to be in "Ready" status right away. So please wait for 2 ~ 3 seconds before swing.

4. SwingTalk would not charge!
Please use the USB cable to connect and charge SwingTalk to your PC. (USB cable is included in the package.)
Circular LED light beside SwingTalk's charging port should be RED when charging.
When the charging is complete, this light will turn off. SwingTalk needs approximately 2 hours to be charged.
