This Night Splint is one of the most comfortable on the market. The Swede-O Deluxe Padded Night Splint is designed to provide relief during the night from the pain and discomfort of plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. Swede-O Deluxe Padded Night Splint allows you to apply a consistent 90 degree angle stretch to the plantar fasciitis by holding the foot in a gentle dorsiflexion.  A removable foam wedge insert is included for an additional 5 degree stretch on the plantar fascia. Designed to be worn during sleep or rest to help relieve pain from plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.  The soft black padded cover provides patient comfort and protection against skin irritation. Sized according to shoe size as follows: Small for Men's shoe sizes 5 - 6, Women's 4 - 6 1/2. Medium for Men's 6 1/2 - 7 1/2, Women's 7 - 8. Large for Men's 8 - 9 1/2, Women's 8 1/2 - 10. X-Large for Men's 10 - 12 1/2, Women's 10 1/2 - 12. XX-Large for Men's 13+ and Women's 12 1/2+. If in doubt on sizing for this product it is generally best to select the smaller size.
