An illustrated guide that contains a brief overview of the causes of sciatica and the exercises you should do to decompress the spine and relieve pain from a bulging disc, and how to release the piriformis muscle. The information in this manual is the result of a popular workshop the author developed in 2012 and continue to teach a series of 8 week classes. Her students have improved and in many cases resolved and healed their sciatic pain with the approach outlined in this manual. As a bonus the author included stretches for a sore back and relaxation poses.
