This sterling silver necklace features a medical alert symbol cast to cover the entire front, and your custom engraving on the back. Both sizes include a sterling silver chain with a clasp.

Size SMALL details:
- Up to 4 lines of engraving
- 1-inch diameter pendant
- 17-inch chain with clasp

Size LARGE details:
- Up to 5 lines of engraving
- 1 & 1/4-inch diameter pendant
- 22-inch chain with clasp
