Why does the Red light look weaker than the Green light?

The red bulb is more powerful than the green one, with these specs: green 50mw, red 100mw.
However, human eyes are more sensitive to green light, therefore, we feel the red light is weaker.
In addition, the bigger the power, the more harmful it could be to your eyes. These specs are the maximum within safety standards.
