Firebacks aesthetically enhance your hearth and provide both efficiency and protection when positioned against the back wall of a fireplace. Firebacks increase efficiency of a wood burning or gas fireplace by radiating heat and reflecting light from the fire into the room. They also protect the structural integrity of the masonry on the back wall of the fireplace while shielding it from 1/3 of the heat produced in the fireplace. Slotted base allows for adjustable installation from 65 - 90 degree angles. Assembly Required.
