Here is what you get! Some of these peppers are called official Basque pepers and some are from the surrounding regions in Spain. Each type has it's own unigue flavor profile that is delicious! Piment de Espelette is also the Gorria pepper. It is used mainly as a powder to take the place of black or cayenne pepper. They can also be stuffed with cheese or used in sauces. Piquillo de Lodosa has a mild to medium heat and is traditionally pickled. they make great poppers and have a nice sweet taste! Gernika and Padron are traditionally fried in oil with some sea salt and eaten as an appetizer or side dish with an ice cold beer! Add a touch of garlic and black pepper and you will never want another appetizer! All plants are 4-6 inches tall and come with a full grow sheet!
