Trouble shooting tips:

1. The machine gets too hot and burns the liquid ingredients

This Soy Milk Maker has the heating elements to cook the food. The boiling point is inconstant which is based upon the material. If it burns, the amount of liquid ingredients added is too less. Please reduce the amount of the material (e.g. beans) and increase the amount of the liquid ingredients (e.g. water).

2. Machine doesn't turn on (power on).

Try another power socked and tighten the connection between the machine and the power cord. If the machine still cannot power on, the fuse should be blown out. Changing a new fuse will solve this issue.
