Shipping:

Payments received after 3:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the following business day. Payments received on Weekends and Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Warranty:

All warranty claims must be made through SouthEast-Clutch prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact SouthEast-Clutch via email to begin the warranty claim process. An RMA number will be issued, If the product is determined to be defective, SouthEast-Clutch will issue a full refund for the product. SouthEast-Clutch under no condition will refund labor or installation. All clutch kits are sold with the manufacturer warranty of 1 year / 12K miles

If buyer received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label. We can cover the return shipping cost if we sent the wrong part or made an error but if the error was on your side then you are responsible for the return shipping.
